Once the refund is approved by AliExpress, the funds won’t immediately appear in your bank account. Here are the usual timeframes:
Average processing time
- Refunds generally take 1 to 10 business days to show up in your account.
- This delay depends on your bank and the payment method used.
How to know if the refund has been processed?
- Go to the order details page in your AliExpress account.
- If the refund is marked as “processed,” it means AliExpress has already sent the money.
Contact your bank if needed
If the amount hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:
- Contact your bank or card issuer.
- Provide the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) if available. This will help them quickly trace the transaction.
