I have ordered many things now Temu won’t take my new credit card for my order since the begining of November, having a very hard time with this, I’ve tried to delete the card numbers that I use to use , they were stolen with the wallet, I replaced all the cards and cannot getting any satisfaction from anyone in Temu. I need help, how can someone help me ? Can I I possibly talk to someone in mangment.

      Unfortunately, Temu doesn’t offer direct phone support or a management line you can call. However, here are the steps that usually resolve this kind of payment issue:

      1. Remove old cards from your account (even if they seem deleted).
        Go to “Me” → “Payment Methods” and make sure all previous cards are fully removed. Sometimes they stay partially saved.
      2. Clear Temu’s cache or reinstall the app.
        This forces Temu to refresh your payment data and often fixes blocked card errors.
      3. Try adding the new card on the website instead of the app.
        Many users report success by adding it through a browser (temu.com) instead of the app.
      4. Contact Temu support through the in-app chat.
        Go to “Me” → “Help Center” → “Customer Service” and type “agent”.
        You should be connected to a real person and can request a manual reset of your payment methods.
      5. If the card still doesn’t work, try PayPal.
        It often works even when card verification fails, and it’s the easiest workaround.
