How to get a refund via Western Union ?

If you paid for your order via Western Union, your refund will be credited to your Alipay account. Here is how to transfer this money to your bank account:

1. Log in to AliExpress and go to My Orders.
2. Find the relevant order and click on View Details.
3. Locate the refund in your Alipay account.
4. Click on Pending Refunds.
5. To transfer the refund, select Pending, then click on Transfer to.
   • You can select up to 60 pending refunds per transaction.
6. Enter your bank information and initiate the transfer.

Note that a service fee of at least 15.00€ may apply to each bank transfer. The transfer usually takes between 7 to 10 business days to complete.
