Once your payment is confirmed, the seller has a set amount of time to ship your order. Usually, this time frame is up to 7 business days, but it can vary depending on the type of order:
- Standard order: the seller generally has 5 to 7 business days to ship the package.
- AliExpress Choice order: often shipped faster, sometimes within 48 hours.
- Group buy or special promotion: shipping may take slightly longer (up to 10 business days in some cases).
Where to check the shipping deadline?
You can follow the countdown timer directly in the “My Orders“ section. This timer tells you how much time the seller has left to ship your order.
What if the seller misses the deadline?
If the seller doesn’t ship the order within the allocated time, AliExpress will automatically cancel the order and fully refund you.
Want to cancel before shipping?
If you change your mind:
- Go to the relevant order
- Click on “Request Cancellation”
- If the seller doesn’t respond within 48 hours, the order will be automatically canceled
Note: if the seller declines the cancellation (e.g., the parcel is already packed), you’ll need to wait for it to be shipped to open a dispute if needed.
