If you already purchased the product and want to report an issue related to the order:

  • Go to the Help section in the main menu.

  • Follow the steps to file an official report.

Track the status of your report

After submitting a report, you can track its progress here:

  • My AliExpress Account > Manage Reports > My Reports
  • There you'll find AliExpress’s responses and decisions.

Good to know

  • AliExpress takes reports of fraud, counterfeits, and intellectual property violations seriously.
  • If you ordered a non-compliant item, don’t forget to open a dispute to request a refund.

Tip: Before buying, always check the seller's reviews and overall rating to avoid unpleasant surprises.
