Why Delete Your Temu Account?

Method 1: Through the Temu App

1. Log in to the app using your credentials.
2. Click on your avatar at the bottom of the screen.
3. Go to the Settings tab, then select Account Security.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click on Delete Your Temu Account.

Method 2: On the Temu.com Website

1. Go to Temu.com and log in.
2. Click on your user avatar in the top right corner.
3. Navigate to Account Security.
4. At the bottom, click on Delete Your Temu Account.

What Happens After Deletion?

• Once the request is confirmed, your account will be deleted within 7 business days.
• You will be automatically logged out after initiating the process.
• If you change your mind, log in again to cancel the deletion before the deadline.
