You opened a dispute or requested a refund on AliExpress, but the final decision didn’t go your way? Good news: you can appeal.

1. Go to the relevant order

  • Log in to your AliExpress account.
  • Go to “My Orders”.
  • Find the relevant order and click on “View Details”.

2. Click the “Appeal” button

If the dispute is closed, a “Appeal” button should appear next to the dispute result. Click it to submit a new explanation.

  • Clearly explain why you disagree with the decision.
  • Add new evidence if possible (photos, videos, screenshots, etc.).

3. Deadlines to respect

⏱️ You have a maximum of 7 days from the dispute decision to file an appeal.

Once your appeal is submitted, AliExpress may take up to 7 business days to review your request and make a new decision.

4. Contact customer service if in doubt

If you don’t see the appeal button or have a specific question, contact AliExpress customer service through the Help Center or live chat. They can guide you step by step.

Conclusion

If the result of a dispute or refund doesn't satisfy you, you always have the option to appeal directly from your account. Be clear, concise, and provide all necessary evidence to support your case.
