The “Delivered in X Days” service on AliExpress guarantees that the buyer will receive their products within X days following payment. This promise is indicated by a “Delivered in X Days” label displayed on several pages: the product detail page, the cart, order details, and the tracking page.
If your order does not arrive within the promised timeframe:
- The carrier will endeavor to meet this delivery deadline.
- If the order still has not arrived by the end of the promised period, please wait until the buyer protection period expires. A countdown showing the remaining time is visible on the “My Orders” page.
- After the expiration of the buyer protection period, you have 15 days to submit a refund request if you still have not received your order.
