For the missing items and returns, you must contact Temu Support directly from your Temu account:

Steps:

Open the Temu app (or website)

Go to “My Orders”

Select each product

Click “Return / Refund” or “Didn’t receive item”

Temu will review and process your refund or replacement.

Temu normally refunds quickly, especially for missing items.

We cannot issue credits or refunds because we are not the seller and we don’t have access to your orders.

If you need help finding the “Return / Refund” buttons, tell us and we will guide you step by step.

and the 3 pc. air bags. the tight place wrench is no good with out an adapter, The blower doesn&#039;t have much power, need to return the blower and the tight place wrench as they are no good. you need to give me credit for these itrms right away please. also cred for the items that I did&#039;t receive.]]></description>

Here’s the easiest way to find your &lt;strong&gt;Temu orders&lt;/strong&gt;:

					<description><![CDATA[I have found many great items over the last few years but it has become annoying and ridiculous.  Those stupid games you have to play where one always gets the biggest discount are annoying. On my last 2 orders, all my items were “free” as was shipping, but somehow it still costs $85.00 to get to my door.   This type of manipulation is insulting.  This has happened previously.  I also recently cancelled an order, you never sent it, and yet you did not refund my credit card.   Same as stealing.  
I have decided that the order I am waiting to have delivered is the last one I will order from Temu unless you get rid of the nonsense.  People want a decent product at a decent price, not fake games]]></description>
