Thank you for sharing your experience — I completely understand your frustration.
AliExpress can sometimes make communication complicated, especially when tracking requires a mobile phone.

If you haven’t received your tricycle after two months, I recommend you open a dispute directly from your order page before the buyer protection time expires. You don’t need a mobile signal for that — just log in from a computer, go to “My Orders” → “Open Dispute”, and clearly explain that the package never arrived.

You can also attach the two emails you received from AliExpress as proof. Once the dispute is opened, AliExpress will usually refund you if there’s no valid delivery confirmation.

I hope this helps — and I truly hope your tricycle issue is resolved soon! 🚲

I have found contacting AliExpress far too difficult. Having no mobile signal and AliExpress expecting I must posses a working mobile phone they should remember parts of third world countries like Great Britain have yet to deliver it to millions of its population. Nearly two months ago AE sent me two emails informing me my trycycle was on its way o my address but further tracking information demanded a mobile phone to discover same. I would love to know
When I could go do a bit of shopping or visit a friend or go to the medical centre. Worrying if my cycle will arrive is just making me a prisoner.😩
